Fees For Services

Case Evaluation: A flat finder's fee is required prior to assigning the case to an expert. The expert will bill you directly for his/her services. If you choose to have more than one expert in the same field of speciality on a case, there is no additional finder's fee. You are, however, responsible for each individual expert's bill.

Computerized Literature Search: A flat fee is required prior to the beginning of the search. A search may be done either on an individual or on a subject search.

Court Testimony and Depositions: Fees are set by the individual experts. All payment arrangements are made between the expert and attorney.

Expert Consultation: The hourly rate for an expert is determined by each expert individually.

Demonstrative Evidence: A fee is quoted on a per-case basis.
